Procurement/Expediting Services
Our procurement and engineering team are fully aware of all aspects of the purchase order and contract handling from A2Z. From sourcing, RFQ package preparation, floating RFQs, Technical Clarification exchange, placing PO, managing KOM, and after PO activities. Our team, in tight coordination with the project manager, Project control, and inspection team strives not only to prevent delay but also to push the supplier and manufacturer to deliver the goods on time, within budget, and qualified. We even expedite the activities on the buyer side to meet the time. Our team follows the expediting procedure in conjunction with the standards.
